Inspired by the work of renowned English architect Sir Edwin Lutyens, this English Country style home was carefully sited to capture stunning views of the Chagrin River and surrounding countryside. Its design incorporates a cut- and field-stone exterior under a slate roof with copper gutters and downspouts. It also features a cobblestone auto court with a porte cochère at one end, and at the other, a dovecote housing a relaxing spa.

Our team of partners and craftspeople worked painstakingly to create a home that looks as if it were more than 100 years old. The masterful plasterwork, reclaimed cobblestone floors, and sturdy timbers used throughout the home create the illusion of being in an English castle.
